At Nefairytopia, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Time
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped through Geniki Taxydromiki (Γενική Ταχυδρομική).

Shipping Cost
The shipping cost is $5 per order.

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS.
You may also receive a Viber message from the courier with delivery details and tracking information.

Order Pickup
In some cases, you may need to pick up your order directly from the courier’s local office.

Payment
Orders must be paid before opening the package, either by card payment or cash on delivery (COD).
