At Nefairytopia, we want you to have the best experience with our products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Orders & Returns
Due to the nature of our brand and our SOS (Sold-Out System), we do not accept returned orders. Our products are released in limited quantities and sell out very quickly, similar to a drop model. Because of this, we cannot restock returned items.

For this reason, please make sure to carefully check your size before purchasing by using the size chart available on our website.

Exchanges
We only accept product changes in the case of a mistake from our side (for example, if you receive the wrong item). In this situation, the product must be returned with everything that was included in the original package.
